Coaching centre management SaaS
A multi-tenant SaaS that runs a coaching centre from one place: admissions, attendance, fees, results, salary and SMS, with separate portals for admins, staff, students and guardians.
Project Overview
PathshalaGuard is our own product, built for coaching centres in Bangladesh. Most of them still run on Excel sheets, paper registers and phone calls. Fees get missed, guardians hear about attendance late, and the owner has no clear view of income and expenses.
The platform replaces that with one workspace per institute. Every institute's data is isolated at the database layer. Each role gets its own portal: the admin panel for owners, a self-service staff panel, and student and guardian portals for fees, attendance and results.
It is a commercial product with self-serve sign-up, a free trial, tiered subscription plans and online payment through the EPS gateway (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and cards). Usage-based SMS credits are recharged the same way.

The Challenge
Coaching centres run on spreadsheets, paper registers and phone calls. Owners can't see dues, attendance or profit in real time, and guardians only learn about absences or results days later. Off-the-shelf school software is too heavy, too expensive and not designed for batch-based coaching.
Our Solution
We built a multi-tenant SaaS around the daily coaching workflow: batch-based admissions, one-click fee collection with PDF and SMS receipts, a monthly attendance grid, merit-ranked results, payroll, and income and expense books. Owners, staff, students and guardians each see only what they need, in their own portal.
