Medical travel support platform
A bilingual medical-travel platform that helps Bangladeshi patients find hospitals and specialist doctors abroad, estimate costs, prepare visa documents and track their request, all coordinated over WhatsApp.
Project Overview
Every year, many patients from Bangladesh travel to India, Thailand, China, Singapore and Malaysia for treatment. The process is confusing: which hospital, which doctor, what it will cost, which documents the visa needs, and where to stay.
Asian Health Connect brings all of that into one Bangla-first website. Patients can browse a directory of hospitals and specialist doctors, explore treatments by department, get an indicative cost estimate, follow a medical visa checklist and find hotels near their hospital.
Every enquiry gets a reference number. Patients can track the progress of their request online, and the care team continues the conversation on WhatsApp, the channel patients already use.

The Challenge
Patients seeking treatment abroad rely on scattered Facebook pages and agents. They have little visibility into hospital options, doctor specialities, likely costs or visa requirements, and no way to follow up on a request except by calling.
Our Solution
We built a searchable, bilingual (Bangla/English) platform with hospital and doctor directories, treatment catalogues, a cost estimator, a visa checklist, hotel booking support and reference-number tracking. Every journey ends in a pre-filled WhatsApp handoff to the coordination team.
